Wedding Cake called Avalanche with each individual cake covered with pure white Belgian chocolate slates.

9 tiers of white chocolate

This huge wedding cake consisted of 9 tiers of individual milk Belgian chocolate cakes, each with a ganache and rich chocolate fudge filling. They were finished with white Belgian chocolate slates, an organza ribbon and a dark Belgian truffle on each.
